1. Refunds
We give refund only within 7 days we don't give refund on Yearly package.Here you will not get refund for domain, here you will get refund of hosting only within 7 days, if you apply refund after 7 days then you will not get refund.
2. Non-refundable Products and Services.
Not with standing anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, there are no refunds of any fee (including without limitation, administrative fee and/or tax) on dedicated servers, domains, reseller hosting services or additional products or services such as Codeguard, Digital Certificates, shared VPS hosting, SiteLock install fees for custom software, and/or any other products or services of the Company.
3. Refund Eligibility for Website Development Services.
ketonehost offers website development services that may involve the integration of third-party modules, plugins, and themes. However, please note that if certain third-party components do not function as expected, our responsibility is limited to ensuring proper integration as per industry standards. We do not take responsibility for the functionality, compatibility, or performance of third-party modules, plugins, or themes.
4. Non-Functioning Third-Party Components: Development Services.
In the event that a third-party module, plugin, or theme does not work as intended and this negatively impacts the overall functionality of your website, Hosty India will make reasonable efforts to assist in identifying and rectifying the issue. However, if the non-functionality is due to the inherent nature of the third-party component and is beyond our control, we will not be held responsible.
Cancellation Process.

Transmission, storage or distribution of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation or that may directly facilitate the violation of any particular law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material; trademarks; trade secrets or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization; material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.
